Why Pilates?
My introduction to the world of Pilates came after a transformative experience during my college years. As an avid runner, I enjoyed the freedom of movement. Unfortunately, an unexpected knee injury halted my running pursuits. Determined to stay active and find a low-impact exercise form, I stumbled upon Pilates, and it completely changed my life.

Pilates became more than just a workout for me; it became a way to cultivate mindful movement and foster a strong mind-body connection.
