Pilates became more than just a workout for me; it became a way to cultivate mindful movement and foster a strong mind-body connection. I believe in the power of precise form and deliberate, controlled movements to achieve optimal results. My philosophy centers around prioritizing control and developing a profound mind-muscle connection, allowing individuals to discover their true potential.

In addition to my passion for Pilates, I am deeply interested in women's health and the intricate connection between exercise, nutrition, and hormonal balance. I am a strong believer of working with your body, not against it, and big advocate of cycle syncing; understanding and harnessing the unique fluctuations in a woman's menstrual cycle to optimize her fitness routine and overall well-being. Through my knowledge and expertise, I aim to empower women to embrace their natural cycles and tap into their inner strength.

In my classes, I strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment where individuals of all fitness levels can flourish. I have a keen eye for proper form and guide my students to slow down, paying attention to the subtleties of each movement. With my expertise, I aim to empower my clients to improve their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
